A MIND-BODY APPROACH TO WELLNESS

Come home to yourself.

Holistic wellness rooted in movement, mindfulness, somatic practices, and sound to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel more at home in your life.

Maybe you’re here because…

You’ve spent a lot of time pushing through, staying busy, or doing what you thought you should be doing to feel well - yet something still feels disconnected.

Maybe you want to feel more at ease in your body. More present in your life. More connected to yourself. Or simply less like you have to be doing something all the time.

Wellness doesn’t have to be another thing you perfect.

Align with Erin offers a different approach - one rooted in curiosity, connection, movement, mindfulness, and learning to listen to what your body needs.

A different way to think about wellness.

1:1 Wellness Support

Personalized sessions weaving together conversation, somatic practices, mindful movement, breath, mindfulness, sound, and practical wellness support.

So many of us become used to pushing through, meeting expectations, caring for others, or doing what we think we should be doing. Over time, it can become hard to hear our own needs.

1:1 Wellness Support offers a space to step away from the noise and come back into relationship with yourself.

There is no set formula for our sessions. We begin exactly where you are. That might mean moving and exploring what you're feeling in your body. Other times, it might mean slowing down, talking, breathing, listening to live violin or sound, or simply creating enough space to notice what is there.

At the heart of this work is learning to listen to yourself more deeply—to your body's signals, your emotions, your boundaries, your intuition, and the things that make you feel most like yourself.

Rather than telling you what you should do, my role is to support you in developing a deeper connection with yourself so that the choices you make can increasingly come from your own needs, values, and inner knowing.

Hi, I’m Erin.

For a long time, I thought being well meant doing all the right things. Moving my body. Eating well. Working hard. Being disciplined. Holding it together.

I also spent much of my life being deeply sensitive—to other people, to my environment, to what was expected of me. I carried a lot of shame. I learned to question myself, push past what I was feeling, and make choices based on what I thought I should do rather than what actually felt right for me.

Eventually, all of that pushing and disconnecting caught up with me. My life fell apart in a way I couldn't push my way through.

As painful as that time was, it changed the way I understood myself—and wellness—completely. I began to realize that my body had been communicating with me all along. I just hadn't learned how to listen.

My path since then has been about coming back to myself. Learning to trust my gut. Seeing sensitivity as a strength rather than a weakness. Setting boundaries when I need to. Allowing myself to rest. Saying no. Choosing what feels true instead of what earns approval. And slowly learning that I don't have to abandon myself in order to belong.

Align with Erin grew from that journey.

My education in kinesiology and health studies, and my experiences in rehabilitation, fitness, yoga, somatic work, and sound have given me knowledge and tools. But my own life has taught me something more important: there is so much wisdom already within us.

That's what I hope to offer through this work—not answers for how someone else should live, but a space where you can slow down enough to hear your own voice. To reconnect with your body, recognize your needs, trust yourself more deeply, and make choices that feel like they actually belong to you.

Because coming back to yourself is where everything begins.
